I have sold $30,000 properties and I've sold multi-million dollar properties. Each property presents challenges that I find fascinating to work through. The most important job an agent can do for their clients is provide resources and information so they have what they need to make wise decisions.One of those is the lending process. Lending has undergone many changes over the years. Interest rates are low right now but I've successfully sold homes at 19% in 1985. Buyer's were thrilled to get those loans. When asked, I introduce buyer's to the best in the business that I know can meet their needs.I successfully manage, sell, or lease "Forensic Real Estate". When private lenders can no longer collect their payments, I step in. I aid in collection, walking the property (and lenders') through foreclosure, evict non-paying tenants, or find new tenants. Once the property belongs to the lender's, it's put on the market or lease it to viable tenants. It's most rewarding to help lender's recoup and in many cases increase their investment dollars.Many new owner's ask me to stay on as their property manager after the sale.
