The greatest power we have as people is the ability to be a blessing to others. I have always had a deep passion for making others lives better in any way that I can. As a second generation Real Estate Agent, I grew up learning about the industry and how to properly service the community. This sparked my passion for helping people from a young age and has remained the driving force of my life ever since. Born and raised in Woodland, I am extremely familiar with the area and have developed a deep connection to the community and natural beauty that surrounds it. My family has over 25 years of experience successfully helping Yolo County locals find their perfect home in addition to making the selling process effortless. I graduated from American River College with Associate degrees in Kinesiology and Psychology before receiving a Bachelor's degree in Health Management at Friends University in Wichita, Kansas. My passion for fitness and mental health within athletics started when I decided to play volleyball at the age of 19. After years of hard work and competing at the college level, I was named to the AVCA and NAIA All-American Team. Since I finished college, I have set out to share my knowledge and experience with everyone I can as a Health Fitness Specialist to help them cultivate their happiest and healthiest life. I am blessed to now pursue another career that gives me the opportunity to help the members of my community live out their goals. My years of experience working in the fitness industry has translated perfectly into Real Estate with a high level of communication, determination and transparency providing a safe environment to build a trusting relationship that extends past your home ownership goals.

Blayssa has been a licensed real estate agent since 2007. She has been a California residence since 1990. After a 17 year successful career in high tech, and raising two successful children, she decided to pursue her passion in real estate. Blayssa comes from a family that built a great wealth in real estate she always carries her passion to help her clients with their real estate needs and investments.
