Born and raised in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, Gay moved to California thirty-one years ago.  She and her husband Porter, from San Jose, Ca, bought a home in Lincoln Hills four years ago and have been permanent residents since January 2008.  Gay is truly living and loving the lifestyle to which they bought into at Lincoln Hills!

Prior to moving here, Gay and Porter owned and managed a successful Property Management Company in San Mateo, Ca, specializing in full-service management of common interest developments on the Peninsula.  Gay also has an extensive background in Real Estate Development, working in project management for large/medium developers on the East Coast and in San Francisco.   

In her spare time, Gay enjoys many of the vast amenities at Lincoln Hills, including the Orchard Creek and Kilaga Springs facilities, as well as volunteering with her Association.  She has also resolved, publicly, to give golf a serious, good faith effort in the near future!  She and Porter love to travel and spend time with their family.  One of her biggest sources of pleasure is derived from her grandchildren who live in the Bay Area, Sonoma County and Coral Gables, Fl.
