Honesty and integrity, along with determination and dedication, are philosophies that Brittny strives for in all aspects of her life. Applying these principles to her business has allowed her to stay competitive in one of the area's most valuable and robust real estate markets. Having grown up in El Dorado Hills, Brittny is familiar with current housing trends, new construction, and ordinances throughout El Dorado County and surrounding areas. Raised by a family of real estate investors, Brittny has a lifelong passion for real estate and a strong understanding of marketing and negotiations. Brittny built her real estate career in 2008 by focusing on what she knows best: investing and property management. As the community continued to grow, so did Brittny's career. She continues to manage investments but has shifted her focus to what she passionate about; the purchase and sale of residential properties.
