Dave Cryderman has been a local resident for over forty years and is extremely familiar with the area.  Dave worked in the title and escrow industry for ten years before deciding to work in sales.  A licensed real estate agent for over ten years, Dave's favorite time was working as a sales associate right here in Sun City Lincoln Hills.  For over five years he felt priviledged to be able to offer the finest in active adult living; helping people who were excited and fortunate enough to call Lincoln Hills home.

 

Working with a great group of professionals at Del Webb, Dave was able to win several awards for both sales and customer service.  He is most satisfied with the customer service acknowledgments.  Dave realizes home buying and selling can sometimes be stressful.  He has the patience and attitude to understand this and works hard to make sure each transaction is as smooth as possible, always putting the clients interest first.
