I am a full time proactive real estate agent, selling real estate since the year 2000. I take great pride in the fact I was born and raised in Menifee Valley and are very familiar with the surrounding areas; Murrieta, Temecula, Lake Elsinore, Wildomar, Sun City and Hemet.

I sell approximatly 4 homes per month. I am consistantly in the "top selling agents" catagory for our office. I am a member of the 2007 Rancon Real Estate "Presidents Club". (Which means I am in the top 10% of agents for the entire Rancon Real Estate Company). 

I enjoy working with both buyers and sellers. As a listing agent, my extensive marketing plan gives a homeowner the opportunity to get the maximum value for his/her property, in the shortest amount of time, and at their terms.

I am experienced in listing and successfully getting approvals for short sale listings and preforclosures. A definate "must" in todays real estate market.
